2D Character Artists:

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Superior skills in Character Design, Digital Illustration and Compositing.
  • Good command over various styles and design principles. Freehand sketching abilities should be above average.
  • Excellent working knowledge of  Designing Software (Photoshop/ Illustrator/Krita)
  • A superior eye for composition, color, and design with excellent attention to detail.
  • Should be willing to learn and switch to new software and skills.
  • Creating high-quality character designs for various gaming and animation projects.
  • Determining how best to represent a concept visually.
  • Review and approve Charachter designs, and artwork developed by other Artists.
  • Producing sketches or ‘storyboards’ (television) or ‘roughs’ or ‘scamps’ (games) to communicate ideas to the client.
  • Turning initial sketches into worked-up drawings from which characters/sets are built or locations adapted.


2D Environment Artists:

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Good command over various styles and design principles. Freehand sketching abilities should be above average.
  • Develop high-quality 2D Environments within the defined visual style.
  • Excellent working knowledge of  Designing Software (Photoshop/ Illustrator/Krita).
  • Good analytic eye for volumes, shapes, proportions, detail distribution, color, and materials composition.
  • Able to work from photo reference or concept art when available, as well as ability to come up with  own concepts.
  • Experience with advanced matte painting techniques including appropriate layering, scene management and reference gathering.
  • Oversee & is responsible for the artistic and visual designs produced by the company.
  • Review and approve Environment designs, and artwork developed by other Artists.
  • Developing and designing all types of concepts, visual imagery and graphics for Gaming and Animation projects.


Project Coordinator:

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Play a role in managing the production for games, animation, VFX and other content that we produce.
  • Do hands-on project estimation, planning, data tracking and report generation on projects.
  • Client Servicing:Be responsible for the quality of communication and the overall relationship with the clients(both internal and external), i.e. interfacing with clients, production managers and other artists on various production matters.
  • Managing and leading art production teams for Gaming and Animation Films.
  • Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
  • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance.  
  • Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.  
  • Accountable for the delivery of planned benefits associated with the project.
  • Communicate the programme’s goals to the organization as a whole.


Animators:

Softwares/Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Rig based character animation.
  • Should be able to handle acting shots.
  • Should be able to work in either 2D/2.5D softwares such as Spine or Flash; and/or 3D softwares such as Blender or Maya.
  • The candidate should be open to learning new softwares, mediums of animation and pipelines as per the requirement of the projects.
  • We do provide in-house training to get the deserving candidates up to speed.


3D Senior Artist:

Softwares/Skills & Responsibilities::

  • Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop and Unity (basic knowledge)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in working on either AAA titles or high-end mobile titles using current-gen PBR pipeline
  • It is highly desirable that the candidate is practising any form of traditional fine art, like drawing or painting (manually or digitally).


Storyboard Artist:

Skills and responsibility:

  • Superior skills in realistic Charachter Design, Digital Illustration and compositing.
  • A strong interest in visual storytelling. An ability to read from a script or screenplay and turn it into an engaging visual narrative.
  • Mastery over elements of storyboarding, including the use of layouts and cameras to narrate a given story.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Designing software(Photoshop/Illustrator/ Krita).
  • Should be willing to learn and switch to new software and skills.


Coloring Artist:

Skills and responsibility:

  • Must be good at digitally coloring Characters, Environments, Props and stylized illustrations.
  • Good command over various styles and design principles. Freehand sketching and Composition abilities should be above average.
  • Excellent working knowledge of  Designing Software (Photoshop/ Illustrator/Krita).
  • A superior eye for composition, color and design with excellent attention to detail.
  • Producing color keys and color style explorations to communicate ideas to the client.
  • Turning initial sketches into worked-up drawings from which characters/sets are built or locations adapted.
  • Working closely with CG Artists and Animators to deliver the highest quality visual output.
